The Columbia Waterfront neighborhood is blessed with an abundance of talented musicians. At tomorrow's RHJF show two bands in particular are lead by musicians who live a stone's throw from the Urban Meadow. They play all over the country and the world, and we are lucky to have them play for us:
Willie Martinez La Familia Sextet
And the Marco Capelli Trio, with Marco Capelli on guitar, Ken Filiano playing bass and amazing percussionist Satoshi Takeishi:
